Handling new and maintenance project for major customers in western region such as : Alhokair fashion retail (+200 shop), Arabian center ( 8 malls ), nesk (+40 shop ), Saudi customs . my responsibilities was :
•Responsible for Troubleshooting & maintenance for existing Security system and integrated systems.
•Job-site Installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV System, sensors, footfall, finger print.
•Attend Site Survey for the Project incoming.
•Project Site Survey for Security System Installation and camera distributions.
•Provide Daily Update Report for all ongoing projects.
•Conduct cable pulling job on all assigned projects.
Supervises staff by planning and coordinating the Operations of the Qassim Region - special circuit department.
•Assigning service requests and duties to staff, reviewing activities.
•Prepares and submit reports such as installation reports, Corrective Maintenance Reports.
•Conducts Inspection on STC Communications works referring to STC Standards
•Prepare Ready for Inspection Checklist for work done in coordination with Project Construction Representative.
•Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
•Trains and supervise Field Engineers ensuring that they will meet customer compliance standards and STC requirements.
Performed New Installation and Modifications for home sector - STC.
•Responsible for commissioning, final testing, user's training and updating project status.
Technician handling troubleshooting and maintenance of network equipment, CCTV System, Security System, PABX, Telephone System.
