Manage requests from internal and external clients and resolve it through email and phone.
Monitor all assign cases for customer support and update all activities on company tracking systems using GPS and IOT technologies
Working with customers/employees to identify system problems and advising on the solution
Working closely with development team by taking the ownership of technical issues to clarify more advanced issues and document problem faced along with its solutions.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meeting
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed
Provide training to customers for different applications online or on site in both languages (Arabic& English)
Testing and fixing faulty equipment
Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries using Helpdesk system (Ticketing system)
Analyzing call logs so can spot common trends and underlying problems
Documents review & technical writing for user manuals in both Arabic & English.
