My Work has included:
- Analyze and study Tenders/ Enquiries
- Define specifications requirements and choose the suitable sources that could achieve the tender / Inquiry technical specifications.
- Communicate with customer to further understand their needs and to request any other required technical data (drawings, data sheets, etc...).
- Analyze contract terms and conditions.
- Perform quotations and preparing final technical & commercial offers/proposals and submit it on time.
- Provide the quotations; Technical/ Commercial.
- Follow up on offers, achieve customer satisfaction & promptly respond to the customer's technical assistance.
- Acknowledged receipt of customer's PO’s and managed material purchase from vendors.
- Follow up with the vendor to arrange for inspection the materials when it’s ready in order to make sure that the materials matching technically with our customer requirements.
- Arrange for Shipping, delivery and payment issues.
- Follow up with the client for receipt and clearance.
- Follow up for the payment from client.
