Responsible from all maintenance work for all the structures of the company: farm, factory, stores and shops. Making reports, calculating the costs, observing the work and controlling the quality.
Responsible for all civil activities to be implemented as per Aramco standards and getting PID acceptance after checking by the QC : Different types of concrete works to build various structures like tanks, buildings, pipe racks, trenches, duct banks and a lot of others. Repairing of concrete by different materials for different purposes. Fixing of steel structures for different purposes by different types like industrial, storage and others. Many finishing activities; block work, plastering, painting, insolating and fixing of tiles, gypsum boards, doors, windows and partitions. Underground utilities from A to Z. Excavations and back filling including the tests and other requirements. Leveling for subgrade, distributing and compacting for the sub base by layers including the tests, spraying the Mc1 and spreading the asphalt for roads and parking areas. And a lot of others
In charge of the enterprise project with SSEM CO. in JAZAN economic city : Bringing workers, conducting negotiations and making agreements. Following up all works and guiding the workers. Getting the acceptance from company’s engineer and QC then the PID. Rising invoices and following up them. Searching continuously for new contracts.

Full responsibility for the business: supplying materials, equipment's and workers, following up the works and dealing with owners and consultants.
Providing water, electricity and other needs of site, estimation of the required materials o site, following up all activities and receiving materials with confirming their validity and quantities and following up the storage.
