- Study the reasons for leaving the job by interviewing the independent employees, know their reasons, and prepare notes about them.
- Implement inspiring initiatives that attract employees to the work environment and encourage them to innovate.
- Mediate conflicts and obstacles, know their causes, and ensure the provision of a mechanism to prevent their recurrence in the future.
- Evaluate job descriptions for each of the main and subsidiary jobs, update them, and publish them through recruitment channels.
- Receive resumes and initially selecting those qualified to conduct job interviews with them to determine the most suitable for the job.
- Conduct research on candidates for multiple jobs and evaluate their experience, competence and skills.
- Negotiate with candidates about the work contract, while verifying the availability of all their papers to complete the procedures for their appointment.
- Prepare the required administrative reports and submit them to the senior management to take the necessary corrective measures.
- Provide advice and respond to inquiries of executives and other employees regarding Saudi employment.
- Archive employee records, provide backup copies of them, and update them according to work developments.
