I have the responsibility of supervising the development of training
programs plans and follow-up implementation as well as, the evaluation of
the training process and measuring the return from them & Benefits :-
1. I organize the work between the directors of departments and
sections scope of supervision.
2. I put measuring the return from training indicators.
3. I am studying the proposals and recommendations of the various
authorities and take necessary about it.
4. I am involved with the department managers in the development
of training for EgyptAir Ground Services guide.
5. I coordinate with the training center of the Holding Company for
Egypt Air to develop a training strategy.
6. I am committed to the application of safety in the workplace and
taking into account the implementation of standards and
immediate reporting of any dangers or facts using safety report
safety reports when reporting models..

I have the responsibility of supervising the Trucks and vehicles
performance as well as, issuing the operation schedules with an emphasis
on keeping the equipment's capacity to meet up with the operation needs.
I am responsible for the following function and activities supervise the
operation of equipment to keep them in a permanent perfect condition
according to the aircraft arrival and departure schedules. Supervise the
equipment and vehicles performance on the ramp. Schedule, supervise
and maintain the operations schedule. Attend all meetings and
committees required from different departments. Follow up technical
defaults present in engineering reports and work on avoiding them. Work
on solving all technical and administrative problems and carry out high
level communications if necessary. Handle a periodical report on the
equipment phase and the operation performance & Participate in studying
the ramp equipment development.
* Job Title : Head of the ramp follow-up and quick repairs unit

1- GSE Operation & Workshop Training. 2-Distribute the equipment on the ramp’s sections according to the airport operation. 3- Audit on the ramp safety standards in the ramp equipment and ramp operation. 4- Supervise the periodic maintenance and quick repairs for ramp equipment. 5- Follow up the insurance procedures for newly purchased equipment. 6- Investigate and report ramp accidents and flight delays.

Planning the maintenance schedules for Ground Equipment (e.g.: Aircraft Air-conditioning units -Aircraft Air-Starter Units - Aircraft Loading Platform FMC, Triple, etc...). Oversee the implementation of routine maintenance & Overhaul of Ground Equipment. Plan for the Inventory control of spare parts for various Aircraft Ground Handling Equipment. Responsible for inspecting newly purchased Ground Handling Equipment to ensure they meet Egypt Air set specifications. Instruct and train technicians on newly purchased equipment. Plan and carry out cost analysis for Ground Handling Equipment overhauls.
