Organ and execute the daily journey planning for the sales men in the team in order to plan customer’s routes efficiently.
Follow-up with the sales team (plan execution, achieving targets, field coverage and Distribution, payment collection).
• Supervise and oversee the daily activities of Sales Representatives; assist them when required; ensure that they have enough resources to perform their job.
• Visit the market, evaluate and drive sales, serve existing accounts, enhance and maintain good customer relationship.
• Plan and organize daily / weekly / monthly work schedule of Sales Representatives; make cold calls, visit market regularly, look-out for sales leads, meet with existing and potential customers, collect and update account details and establish new accounts.
• Process and record orders to estimate customers' stocks to track availability of goods.
• Submit activity and result reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and sales reports.
• Work and communicate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives including but not limited to setting-up sales target, market segmentation, territory sales plan, sales review, customers’ meetings etc.
• Participate actively in sales and marketing campaigns such as promotions, trade fairs, exhibitions etc.
• Understand the customers‘ preferences, sales and market trends and provide valuable ideas and input to management when necessary.
• Monitor the sales and marketing of competitors‘ products and activities and keep the management informed.
