Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager and responsible for
rendering secretarial, clerical and administrative assistance to the office of the General Manager.
* Print, distribute reports and letters pertaining to the Owning Company as well as inter-
departmental memorandums and all related correspondence.
* Take minutes during Department Heads/Executive Committee meetings and at other meetings
whenever required.
* Receive and monitor all incoming calls to the GM’s Office.
* Preparation of reports as required by GM and Owning Company.
* Maintain and update a follow-up file for the purpose of reminding GM of functions, events,
meetings appointments, and other related matters.
* Receive, sort and distribute mails to all departments and GM office.
* Also responsible for stamping hotel mails, official papers, and receipts.
* Handle all confidential correspondence.
* Maintain and control office supplies stock.
* Keep a record of Departments Heads vacation schedules.
* Receive and attend callers to the GM office.
* Raise and follow up on maintenance orders as appropriate.
* Ensure all hotel departments files up to date and easily accessible.
* Maintain good rapport with all employees.
* Ensure that secretarial equipment is always in good operational condition.
* Comply with hotel’s Health, Safety & Hygiene policy
* Reports directly to the General Manager.
* Interact and co-operate with all Front of the house as well as back of the house employees.
* Interact and co-operate with hotel guests as appropriate.
* Interact and co-operate with other hotels departments as appropriate.
Marketing SIM Cards and sell charging cards of telecom companies in Egypt.
Handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business.
