-Preparing Bar Bending schedule (BBS) and submit them for contractor’s check/ approval for the received call of order .
-Preparing the final BBS upon receiving approved/commented BBS and forwarding to production with following details
a) drawing reference b) date of receipt of order c) date of BBS preparation d) forecast delivery date e) element creation which includes bar mark assignment, diameter of the steel, grade, unit quantity, shape codes, values and remarks are entered for particular shapes codes. these procedures repeated for each element, finally the date is saved on to the data base f) date reviewed for entries when found correct, a sequence is created for this particular bar list in ARMA+ program.
