•Duty and responsibilities
· Prepares Hiring memos and other necessary documents for new arrivals.
· Ensure that all necessary paper works related to new hiring are completed and sent to payroll section for payment of work.
· Receives and process all leaves request according to Company policies.
· Prepares necessary reports of Manpower Listing.
· Transfer memos-when employees transfer from one project to another project.
· Check Leave and Ticket Balances.
· Attend Queries regarding employee related matters.
· Coordinates the efforts of the human resources staff to provide prompt and effective service to all company personnel.
· Termination transaction memos.
· Prepare and maintains various reports as requested.
•Other Duties
· Submitting Re-Entry Visa Documents to Government Relations Section.
Responsibilities:

ATM Support for ANB Bank (Mission - 3 weeks)
Supporting the cash feeders and maintenance technicians for ATMs and guide them to solve problems that related to cash machines, follow up with them until the closure of the faults. ( by using the bank system )
Cash Counter Supervisor (Mission - 2 months)
Supervising the receipt and delivery of cash from the treasury of NCB Bank, supervisor and monitoring the employees who is counting the cash and guide them to follow the right rules.
