1- Management of operation and maintenance for light & heavy vehicles and heavy equipment.
- the light & heavy vehicles were 100 pick up (Isuzu), 25 sedan cars (Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan ), 35 dump trucks (4040 Actross, Hino700, Hino500), 2 Mixer truck, 15 boom trucks and 2 bus freightliner MB80
- The equipment were 25 excavators (PC200-6, 7 - CAT320, ZAIXS-200), 10 Wheel loaders (CAT 928G, CAT928H, CAT 926E, CASE 621E), 30 Skid Loaders (Bobcat S130, S630, CASE SR130), Soil Compaction Equipment (10 hand roller compactors, 5 steering wheel compactors).
2- supervision all repairs and maintenance activities for all vehicles and equipment which occurs in site work and workshop.
3- supervision applying QS &PM programs for all vehicles and equipment According to the manufacture recommendations.
3- issuing job repair orders and purchase orders.
4- distributing job repair orders to technicians accordingly and support them technically.
5- reviewing all documentations of all activities which carry out in department.
6- achievement maximum benefits of vehicles and equipment by reducing suddenly breakdown and fast repair.
7- achievement optimal use and operation for vehicles and equipment by training of users, drivers and operators.
8- making reports about the sudden breakdown and analyzing it and planning to prevent it .
9- making reports about the pending repairs inside workshop for executive manger to determine the priority.
10- monthly meeting with stuff (2 engineers, 10 technicians) for discussion, suggestions and making work plan.
11- applying HSE inside workshop or site work of equipment by putting sign and monitoring executive it by technicians and operators.
12- support every project by what it needs from vehicles or equipment either from plant pool of company or from rental equipment establishment by coordination with executive manager.
13- making study and analysis for performance vehicle or equipment before purchasing it .
14-follow up the outside repair like turning crankshaft , refacing cylinder head, boring of cylinders......and auto smoothing in outside workshops.
15-Follow up procedures for traffic accidents until the end of transactions.
16-Follow-up inventory of tires and work orders and follow-up rate of consumption.
17- follow up the reforms under warranty with agencies.
18- Evaluation of equipment assets annually with a report by the executive manager.
19-Work an inventory of annual asset equipment and report the equipment with or have no avail of repair.
20-making Annual reports of the executive manager on the status of equipment and the rate cost of periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance for making annual maintenance budget.
21- Monitor the operational status of equipment / work hours or kilometers, productivity, maintenance and work sites of projects
22- making plans for replacement and refurbishment of equipment through feasibility study, technical and operational efficiency, productivity and operational life and presentation to the company manager.

- The section consists of 220 engines model CAT3412, for irrigation and power stations for accommodation, maintenance department, cold store for grapes, olive oil factory and poultry department(slaughterhouse, .......)
- the power stations consist of 100 generators(15 CAT 3512 B GENSETS, 22 CAT3406 GENSETS, 23 CAT 3412 GENSETS, 25 KTA19-G4 Cummins gen sets, 15 KTA38-G3 Cummins gen sets.)
2-Supervision of field maintenance units and follow-up implementation of maintenance programs .
3- Work to reduce sudden faults and speed of repair to increase productivity.
4- Follow up the implementation of the company's policies to achieve the goals planned to achieve optimal operation.
5 - Documenting data and information for equipment and storing it in both files and computers as reference when needed and as a database and information when preparing the necessary analytical studies when needed.
6- Supervising all works related to the installation of engines, such as crankshaft turning, cylinder block boring, cylinder head prefacing, fixing bushes for connecting rods, .............. etc., and the installation of parts and ensuring the clearance according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
7- Prepare the annual budget of the department and submit it to the Director of Maintenance Department and General Manager.
8- Prepare technical reports on the state of equipment and non planed or sudden breakdown, and submit it to the manager of maintenance management management.
9 - Studying the prices of equipment and spare parts and approved them in coordination with the manager of Maintenance and Procurement Department.
10 - Preparing spare parts orders and receiving them at the company's warehouse.
11. Monitoring the operational status of equipment / work hours, productivity, maintenance and locations of work.
12. Develop plans for replacement and refurbishment of equipment through feasibility study, technical and operational efficiency, productivity and operational life.
1- Supervising the workshops of the Transport Department, which consists of the workshop of light &heavy vehicles, heavy equipment workshop and locomotives workshop .
2- Preparing the purchase & repair orders and follow up until repair finishing.
