• While in The Head Office I am Responsible on Customer services, to greet customers, offer any assistance as well provide services them in order ( Confirmations /revise / Cancelations..) to ensure their needs are answered a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards .
• Receiving emails and responding to them to handle customers issues .
• While working in the Showrooms, I work as a Fitness specialist of which I provide on the job training, Coaching and constructive feedback to the staffs to make them feel comfortable in their assignments.
• Plan and Drive customers acquisition and cross sale, by developing products that appeal to targeted customers and are market leading.
• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus as evidenced by customers sending feedback regarding their satisfaction to the Customer service department.
• Maintaining adequate stock on shelves and correct signage is displayed.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Providing the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of product and services
