Overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and
summarizing progress of projects. Besides, preparing reports for upper management regarding
status of project. Besides, working directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the
applicable scope and budget and coordinating with other departments to ensure all aspects of each
project are compatible.
• Preparing Detailed Baseline Programs.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, preparing Monthly & Weekly reports.
• Preparation of delay claims and management of disputes.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing
them in the field.
