Develop the Traditional Trade Channel business plan to maximize sales, distribution, coverage, and visibility across the channel stores.
Responsible for the efficient execution of the approved Traditional Trade business plan.
Review and update the guidelines for singing contracts and propose mean to enhance negotiation to maximize our space in this very important channel for distribution.
Lead All Accounts contract negotiations within the Traditional Trade Channel.
Maintains updated information and data base on the channel development.
Maintain close monitor on the field execution and identify opportunities to maximize visibility and sales of the channel.
