Warehouse Manager:
- Overall responsibility for the management and operation of the warehouse.
- Ensuring compliance with inventory management procedures and regulations.
- Supervising and training warehouse staff.
- Overseeing inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Implementing security measures to prevent theft or unauthorized access.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate inventory movements and deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
Narcotics Custodian:
- Responsible for the secure storage and handling of narcotics inventory.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for narcotics storage and handling.
- Maintaining accurate records of narcotic transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Reporting any discrepancies or suspected theft promptly to the appropriate authorities.
- Collaborating with the Warehouse Manager to implement security measures.
- Assisting with inventory audits and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies.

Responsible for all issues involving any narcotic/controlled medications such as procuring, clearing, receiving, storing, and dispensing of this type of medication.
-Participate in an out patient and an inpatient pharmacy setting.
-Checked for completeness and accuracy of all new and refill labels and orders.
-Develop and promote collaborative and collegial relationships with nurses physicians and interdepartmental personnel as they relate to the pharmaceutical care of the patients.
-Communicate with patients in Outpatient pharmacy sitting.
-Instructed patients on the proper dosage of medication how to take it possible side effects when to call the doctor etc.
-Place orders of supplies medications and equipment needed in the pharmacy area.
