1. Trainer/Content Developer for the the USAID funded Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan project, implemented in collaboration with International Research & Exchanges Board, Inc. (IREX) to support four public universities across Jordan successfully implement the practicum component of the Higher Diploma for Teacher Education within the project.
2. Trainer/Content Developer working on developing the training manuals for the MoE’s Professional Development Programs for Newly hired Teachers and Learning Support Assistants Teachers Project; including the Kindergarten (KG) Teachers PD program (general, specialized, administrative and ToT programs) which consisted of 225 general training hours, 30 specialized training hours, 25 administrative traning hours and more than 50 ToT programs training hours. These programs are part of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD hours) of teachers and learning support assistants at MOE;; the MoE’s Professional Development Programs for Newly hired Teachers and Learning Support Assistants’ Teachers project courses covered the following (13) specializations: Arabic, Math, Science, foreign languages, classroom teacher, Kindergarten (KG), Islamic and social education, computer, financial education, art education, music education, physical education, vocational education. The newly hired learning support assistants’ courses cover the following (6) specializations: Teachers of students with learning disabilities and disabled students, teachers of gifted students, school librarians, science lab technicians, computer lab technicians, and counselors.
3. Developing the evaluation methodologies and assessment tools for the general and specialized programs from the MoE’s Professional Development Programs for Newly hired Teachers and Learning Support Assistants Teachers Project.
4. Piloting the programs prepared by CADER for the MoE’s Professional Development Programs for Newly hired Teachers and Learning Support Assistants Teachers Project, as well as implementing ToT programs.
5. Training heads of departments and supervisors from the Field Directorates (FDs) of the Jordanian Ministry of Education (MOE) on the general, specialized, and ToT programs of MoE’s Professional Development Programs for New Teachers.
6. Designing content for CADER's customized and tailor-made training programs (includes trainer notes, training handouts, presentations and other materials such as presentations, cards, flash cards...).
7. Designing content for CADER's Blended Learning Program in partnership with Royal Academy for Media Training.
8. Preparing and submitting training materials, trainer notes, trainee’s booklet, PowerPoint presentation, handouts... etc. required for the
