01.Administration Tasks:
• Assist of coordinates internal planning, implementation, and administration of HR
services, to include day-to-day employment, compensation and performance
management.
• Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office develops policies,
procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
• Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles, including assigning
workload and monitoring employee performance.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
• Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
• Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
• Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles.
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.

• Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to
ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of
services.
• Inform affected staff or residents of unexpected absences from work and
coordinate actions ensuring the continuity of services such as cancellation of
events and locating keys.
• Prepare a weekly report for all project staff to monitor work schedules and
performance evaluation system for each employee separately, and submitted for
assessment and final recommendation of the HRM.
• Setting up and maintaining an employee’s personnel files.
• Updating employees personal details change Involved in the performance review
of staff, such as hours worked, etc...
• Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of
staff Main Activities.
• Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
• Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacle.

• Preparation vacations personnel record (Log) and follow up on a daily basis.

02.Recruitment
• Responsible to preparing the annual training plan, and evaluation trainees after
end of training Program.
• Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies &
procedures.
• Identify training and development opportunities.
• Performs Training needs analyses, as appropriate, and initiates, develops, and
coordinates the implementation of specific Training and development programs
for new and existing staff.
• Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining case files for candidates, ensuring and
monitoring the transfer of files of candidates between offices, and arranging for
interviews.
• Oversees recruitment and employment processes, to include applicant screening,
and all aspects of the interview and selection process, such as;
• Assisted in the preparation and posting of the Vacancy Announcements (VAs).
• Assisted in the screening of applications.
• Assisted in the evaluation and screening of applications of candidates for a variety
of positions;
• Assisted in conducting the testing of candidates.
• Provide general information to job applicants regarding HR procedures.
• Prepared and maintain case files for candidates and arrange for interviews.
• Prepared agenda and provide relevant documents required for Interview
Process/Selection Panel meetings.
• Prepared and dispatch Offers of Appointment; and obtain Acceptance of Offers.
• Ensured the completion of the pre-recruitment formalities.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely
organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.

training.
• Making training program and send to training manger of approval and send to all
departments concerned.

• Organize the training include: review the list of participants, distribution of
materials and training, monitor trainee in training, support trainer in training.
• Make training list for employee to sign, take back training documents.

04. Payroll :
• Preparing staff salary
• Check all timesheets and liaise with employees when required and process
reports for payroll
• Assist finance department at chq writing
• Overtime records process
• Process the transfer salaries of bank account numbers
• Process the loans and advance requests
05. Leaves, Rotations and accommodation:
• Tracking and maintain of the staffs work and leave rotation.
• Generate booking for staff members in relation to flights,

06. Social insurance registrations:
• Monthly follow up with social insurance office
• Add new staff at social insurance Records.
• Process all Social insurance document for staff who resign.
• Check the final social insurance list with them
07.Labor office follow up
• Follow up all Cases with Labor office
• Direct contact with labor office
• Advice labor office at special cases or legal feedback
• Receive all Complains from staff and follow it with labor office
08.Staff penalties & punishment
• Make Explanation and take action ( Attention Letter)
• Make Investigation and take action according Labor Law ( Warning Letter -
Suspending Letter)
• Recommendation to Top Management at special cases.
09. staff reward :
• Make recommendation to reward staff
10.Attendance control :
• Take the Daily attendance from all projects with their Tim in
• Take action about the late and absent staff without permission
• Send daily Report about attendance Status to Top Management
• Update new staff with attendance form
11.Performance evaluation:
• Make the annual appraisal for all staff
• Make evaluation for all staff under Training Period
12.Reports :
• Daily Reports of General Status
• Weekly Reports of project Status
• Monthly Reports of H.R Department activates
• Annual Report of H.R Department activates
13. Operation :
• Follow up the action taken about shortage at Projects and who cover the post
with line manager.
• Follow up all Staff Movement during working Hours according to plan
• Follow up all Cars Movement and Full Records or Needs according to Logbook
Records of Drivers.
• Coordinate with store keeper all Uniform and Materials out and In records
