• Participated in Investigations including the 3 class “A” aviation and ground accidents (Fatal accidents with more than $1M in damages.) and 6 class “B” accidents (Fatal accidents with less than $1M in damages.)
• Served as principal advisor to the commanding officer for monitoring safety issues, providing safety education, investigating incidents and accidents, provided expert on safety inputs to develop loss control standards, and making recommendations to improve safety in the workplace.
• Ensured that safety program elements are carried out effectively; pivotal in managing a command aviation safety program and providing safety education throughout the command.

• Lead the Royal Saudi Land Forces staff supporting in formulating all plans, policies, programs, and directing execution of daily operational authority, responsibility and accountability.
• Supported the development of the language skills of the personnel to improve their ability to acquire knowledge of the latest developments in military sciences and to communicate with military delegations from friendly countries.
• Spearheaded a team of Land Forces personnel including 25 faculty members, 600 English, French, Persian and Farsi, students and 75 permanent party staff providing language training and operational support.
• Supported to adopt the most modern educational Curricula and providing training to officers and non-commissioned officers in international languages to communicate with the people of friendly countries during exercises and at time of war.
• Supported the development of teaching programs, procurement of up-to-date technologies and systems, improving the skills of instructors and improving the curricula.
• Directed academic and administrative leadership at the Aviation Institute in capacity of a Dean and overseeing a huge faculty of over 100 English language, aviation and aviation maintenance instructors.
• Responsible for the professional development of the more than 1, 000 student cadets, supporting next generation of leaders ready to enter the aviation sector and contributed in developing their skills to tackle real-life solutions to aviation industry challenges.
• Managed the academic program and the faculty, designing academic policies, curriculum planning & preparation for ensuring excellence in classroom teaching.
• Combined educational methods with aviation & military needs, and served as a commander for the designing and implemented strategic learning modules to optimize performance, quality and learning outcomes and ensure officers/cadets become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion.
Aviation Operational Management:

• Commanded broad spheres of activity - operations, maintenance and administration of 125 personnel, supply, equipment, and facility assets in addition to maintenance and repairs of Army rotary and fixed wing aircraft.
• Attended numerous safety conferences and training methodologies, policy group meetings and update conferences at Fork Rucker, USA.

• Ascertained operational excellence in aircraft or aircraft components; ensured and scheduled prompt maintenance activities; inspected/serviced/repaired/replaced any parts as required and performing tests before handover.
