Thomson Reuters - Strategic program management and Implementation of TRFXT product from a legacy dealing system into a Cloud based TRFXT for all MENA regions across 18 countries and over 400 client sites. We as a team migrated 290 clients over the stretched target of 196 (Initial target 152) for YE 2016 with significant costs saving. With the current plan, we are targeting to complete all the migration by Q1 ahead of original plan of Q2 with quality output.
Successful rollout of customized ERP product in a short time frame within the Budget across Organization - Microsoft Dynamics NAV is the ERP & processes suite implemented across regional locations of Gulf Petrochem with a centralized management from 2 different data centers. Key activities and improvements are the increase in productivity and management of financial positions through the centralized system with process refinements, removal of old legacy method and practices across regions - regions UK, Singapore, Kenya and India.
