Currently I work in ATOD (Acceptance Testing Operations Division) with the team who deals with the REMITS (Revenue Enforcement Management Information & Tracing System) GUI. The functionality of this software provides support and usage for DMCC (Debt Management Call Center) employees. I was shifted from CVWMS (Collections Verification Workload Management System) application to REMITS as they required more staffing on their team. I was recommended by my team leader, due the knowledge and experience I had with PRF (Platinum Report Facility) system. This had given me the opportunity to learn multiple application in a very short time.
Remits/ACSES - March 2023
• Application currently in test, that I am currently working on, REMITS GUI, IRC workbench, and ACSES main frame
• Being able to conduct and pull information in the acquired set table in PRF in order to obtain the correct accounts for the precondition of the testing
• Complete designed test case on a timely manner before season release date or assigned time
