• Provide full secretarial and admin support to the General Manager to ensure smooth running of the department operations.
• Create, Transcribe and distribute meeting agenda, minutes, Internal Memo correspondence and reports for General Manager Office.
• Properly maintaining office records in the server/ hardcopy filing and retrieving of documents as and when required
• Organize Meetings (Weekly, Monthly) and prepare the agenda for these meetings.
• Maintain CM / GM Calendar both internal and overseas travels and meetings.
• Coordinate with Senior Vice President, Vice President, Director for Internal meetings and presentations.
Organize CM’s and GM’s overseas visit and set up the accommodation, travel and meeting arrangements overseas.
Organize meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) and task management based on meeting minutes and distribute the information to the committee members.
-Responsible for vehicles sales to individual customers / Companies/ Government Agencies.
- Responsible for Fleet / Retail Sales.
-Attainment of monthly/yearly sales target.
-Arranging of vehicles from order to delivery.
-Coordination with various Banks for loan and approval.
-Arrangement of insurance and registration of vehicles.
-Assist Sales Manager in routine office work.
-Dealing with Banks and Insurance for Payments and Insurance Policies matters.
-Properly maintaining office records.

• Responsible for Quality, Production targets.
• Preparation of Graphs and Presentations for GMs Meet.
• Representative of management at various meeting and seminars.
• Involved in Implementation of TPM (2006-2007)
