1. Dedicated In-plant Travel Consultant for Control Risks in DIFC with duties limited to airline booking and ticket issuance; process exchanges and refunds for airline tickets; hotel and car reservations; travel insurance and other travel-related services.
2. Track airline tickets issued using corporate fares and normal market fares.
3. Negotiate with the vendor (airline and hotels) for corporate rates

c. Nomura Financial LLC - January 2011 to May 2013 (CWT Account)
d. Supreme Foods Services - Nov 2008 to November 2010 (Alshamel Account)
e. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - May 2008 to November 2008 (Alshamel Account)
2. Work out and offer the client the most efficient routing and cost-effective airline tickets in accordance with the company’s travel policy;
3. Coordinate with airlines and negotiate for ad hoc rates for Business Class and First Class travelers;
4. Prepare LPOs for ticket issuance for non-BSP airlines like Kam Air, Pamir Air, Safi Air, Jupiter Airlines, and others;
5. Report the tickets issued, hotels finalized and other services on daily basis;
