Joined the organization as work shop in-charge and further promoted as work shop manager
Key responsibilities includes strategically managing the work shop/service center to ensure that resources keep pace with market growth, and service quality keeps pace with customer satisfaction. To organize all activities to ensure the most efficient and profitable operation of the work shop departments by satisfying customers and enhancing customers relations, as well as controlling resources and assets at a level commensurate with profit targets, to create an environment where the department and its staff develop and excel . To improve all aspects of quality and service, minimize customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Present organization operate with automotive fleets of light and heavy vehicle including Trailer low bed and flat bed, buses p/ups and cars, construction equipments and D.G set of CUMINS, PERKINS, CAT , Air Compressor ect .Operation includes preventive maintenance, routine service (250 hr, 500 hr) running repairs, break down repair, schedule repair, overhauling of engine and transmission, refurbishing of old machines, repairing of hydraulic sections and modification Reporting to General Manager Plant There are 6 no of engineers, 4 no foreman and sixty mechanical work force including, mechanic, asst mechanic, auto electrician, painter, and tyre man reporting to me.
