Responsibilities:
• Brand consulting, 360 marketing campaigns launching, consulting and monitoring
• Team leader (11 employees): 3 SMM managers, 2 SMM Analyst, 2 Designers, 2 Copywriters, 2 PR managers
• Deputy of Digital Team Director
• Major client’s digital campaign maintenance & support
• Development of proposals on digital for new clients
• Briefing of designers, copywriters, developers and analytics on the basis of client requests
• Full cycle digital campaigns management + collaboration with 360, PR, Creative, BTL, ATL, Strategy, etc.
• Social Media lead (7 major client’s highest priority social channels) - strategy, analysis, content support/production:
2 Facebook groups (300K+ and 100K+ fans), Instagram (80K+ Fans), VK (80K+ fans), Twitter (85K+ fans), Youtube (up to 300k views), Yvision (local blog platform)
• Digital paid media budget control (SEO, Social Media Paid Ads - growth & engagement, content production,
• Content briefing, development & implementation: creative concepts, digital strategy, brand loyalty enhancement programs, contests, brand awareness campaigns, BTL support campaigns, integrated campaigns
• Targeting, A/B testing, ad performance control, ad placement, paid social media tools performance adjustment - making it cheap and worthy, email marketing, digital related brand researches, online consumer behavior researches
• Real-time monitoring of Social Media Data & Analysis: ad/post/campaign/promo/website performance (CTR, ER, etc.)
• Instruct SMM managers, track progress and provide motivation to meet/exceed corporate expectations
• Adapt and implement Global Samsung campaigns (TC, Corporate Electronics).
• BTL, PR events support, collaboration with local Trend Setters, PR activities support
• Comment response, Voice-of-Consumer analysis and monitoring/reporting of local market competitors and CIS offices.
• Building of strong SEO/SEM/PPC/PPA algorithms, testing and real-time analysis & update.

• Reached #1 Facebook brand page in the country by SocialBakers during 1 year - from 10K to 200K+ local fans (Samsung Mobile Kazakhstan)
