Being the Sales Associate of the company, my sole duty was to greet customers, responding to
questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
As the member of a team, it was also my primary concern to achieve the sales target and have
superior product knowledge. Besides, I also developed strategies to promote team member’s
adherence to company regulations and performance goals and to maintain an orderly appearance
throughout the sales floor by introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
