Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Ensuring completeness & accuracy of invoices to facilitate timely receipt of receivables.
Reviewing and processing invoice payments as per company’s credit facility and policy.

* Preparing Annual Report for the shareholders comprising of Financial Statement Analysis, Cash Flow Statement and Ratio Analysis.
* Contributing in the preparation of Annual Budgets along with the management.
* Managing Working Capital for the group companies and forecasting the Cash Flow.
* Preparing and analyzing various MIS reports with the management.
* Analyzing and improving the Internal Control and processes.
* Forecasting income and computing the finance required by the companies other than NBFC.
* Facilitating Audit process with the external Auditor.
* Computing and filing the Income Tax returns and ROC Returns for the group of companies and the individuals.

• Compliance testing of the financial statements of Clients.
• Computing financial ratios by analyzing monthly and yearly financial statements, balance sheet, cash flow statement,
ageing schedule of receivables/ payables listing on a periodic basis.
• Computing and filing of Income Tax Return for individuals, firms and corporations.
• Compliance of corporate governance and CARO requirements, Schedule VI and Accounting Standards.
