At American Express I was working as a Senior Credit Analyst. Its one of the oldest and largest Credit Card companies in the United States. Being a part of the Credit team my job was to call out and collect monthly payments towards the credit card usage also answer inbound customer queries. This process has given a good exposure towards collection skills, cross selling new products when the customer would call in for any upgrades or change to their plans, also negotiation skills and financial knowledge was being worked upon. \nAt the end of my OJT (on job training) I was identified as a potential to be a part of the High Balance team where in my job was to work on accounts which had high balances to be paid by the card holder. This was on the basis of my Collection and Negotiation skills .
Verve Communication is a KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) for Market Research which deals with clients from South East Asia, USA, and UK. My job at Verve was of a Quality Control Executive. \n \n I was the first person to be hired for the Quality Team and was handling the Quality Department solely. My responsibility was to quality check the surveys done by associates and give them feedback, as well as make sure that the quality parameters were being met as per business requirements. \nHave also done lead generation for US and Europeian Market to help Operations. Working here has given me experience in Market Research at UK, USA and South East Asian Countries.

Mentor
Started working for a Collection Process for Option One Mortgage which was later bought over by AHMSI, one of the largest mortgage provider in the USA.
Initially I worked as a debt collector on delinquent bills & was consistently a top performer. When moved up as a Sr. CCE had to collect delinquent bills & also solve customer's issues on their accounts, was consistently a top performer there too. Due to which was promoted as a Mentor.
As a mentor my job was to floor walk, give feedback to associates about their calls and quality scores help team leads to complete their reports. This gave me an opportunity to work with the management.

Quality Control Team Member
Have worked on various processes including Credit Control under the Finance Department wherein my job was to reconcile broker's accounts and tally them.
Within 4 months of my joining date I was selected to be a part of the Quality Control Team when it was migrated to India.
I did the QC for my previous team members for their work done on weekly basis; also provide them with feedback to reduce errors. The job has provided me with thorough knowledge of some of the back office requirements of finance industry, and also to work in odd hours during the month ends.
