I was responsible for:
Identifying potential clients and increase the business opportunities.
Meeting potential clients by growing, increasing our network.
Creating robust pipelines for great opportunities.
Pitching in front of the customers on behalf of the company.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

My main achievements are:
-Created almost 20% of Business Opportunities via face to face meetings as well as over the phone.
-Increased the speed of follow up by developing and maintaining the database for all the properties with their details.
-Created a network of professional contacts that resulted in a strong referral.

This company is an Indian multinational Tech Company which provides IT services to the telecommunications industry including British Telecom and AT&T.

I was responsible for:
Providing support to the Telecommunications industry in Africa.
Resolving issues using languages SQL/PLSQL, Linux, etc.
Creating excel sheets after performing health checks of various applications for countries such as Tanzania, Ghana, Chad, etc.

My main achievements are:
-Solved Majority of the issues and reduced them up to 15% by co-operating with my team members.
-Achieved the goal of fastest resolution of issues by providing internal support for the Applications for the countries such as Tanzania, Ghana, Chad, etc.
