PROJECT CONTROL
a) Working on Project Scope & Cost variations if any, and verify the Scope of work with RFQ document and Cost verification from given BOQ, Financial reporting, Project Closeout and Project award Reportings to the Management.
b) Monitoring the Project expendituresby checking and verifying invoices and bills submitted by the Sub contractor to us.
c) Monotoring the Quotations and bids submitted previously with the current claims submitted by Subcontractor with the Work Done Measurements.
d) Working on Budgets and verifying the same with claims and invoices submitted by the Subcontractor and check whether the claims and invoices are in line with our Project Budget.
e) Weekly Follow up with the Variation Approvals status with Clients.
f) Preparation of Budget and price for the upcoming emergency jobs on site until completion based on actual resources used for the Emergency jobs.
g) Verifying the Purchase requisition and other delivery items buyed from suppliers in line with our Project Budget.
h) Cordinate with team, estimator, QS, Site Engineers, Project Manager for Variation if found any..
i) Attend meetings with Clients and our Project Departments and note the any Change in Scope or Variations.
j) Reconcilation of Project in terms of Project total turnover and prepare reports on Actual vs Budgeted.
k) Prepare Prequalifications as per the requirements of Client

PLANNING
a) Updating the Site Progress
b) Updating Engineering & Procurement details activity wise.
c) Preparation of Construction programs for Subcontractor Scope of Work.
d) Billing, Progress percentage, invoices of Subcontractor,
e) Preparating reports and progress monitoring, materials and resources every weekly.
f) Upcoming RFQ/ Change orders.
g) Updating / resequencing the activities as per discussion with Engineerring & Contruction Teams.
h) Prepare DPR WPR & MPR
