Description: Ultima 2.0 is enabling companies to deploy apps on the cloud. Built on state-of-the-art virtualization and
containerization technologies, the MeritThoughts cloud platform is a fast and easy way to get customer apps up and
running with optimal reliability, security, and scalability. The Cloud platform accelerates the deployment of customer
apps, and requires lower investments than traditional on-premise infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Prepared the cloud strategy, cloud migration plan, policies and procedures, and designed architecture
• Closely worked with pre-sales team, proactively driving customer requirements and customer delivery
• Leads the discussions and presentations, developing proposals accorging to the customer requirements
• Migrated mission critical applications into cloud with minimum downtime and improved performance
• Worked on End-to-End deployments in various cloud environments by using the Cloud formation scripts
• Worked on Azure VM provisioning, PowerShell, Dynamic, Static routing and configure Load Balancers
• Worked on Azure Vnets, Subnets, Azure Active Directory Sync, Network Security and Access Control lists
• Worked on Azure NICs, Configuring High Availability of SQL Servers and Setting up the disaster recovery
• Worked on Azure Network monitoring tools like Fiddler and Wireshark, Experience in Backup strategy
• Worked on Compute, Storage, Database, Network, Security, Migration, Monitoring, cloud front and IoT
• Worked on AWS EC2, Lamda, Elastic Beanstack, S3, EFS, Glacier, RDS, Dynamo DB, VPC and Cloud front
• Worked on VPC, Cloud Front, Route 53, Gateway, IAM policy, Security, CloudWatch and Cloud formation
• Migrated Bigdata applications to Azure cloud with the minimum downtime and improved performance
• Implemented Block Chain technology across the bank for open and decentralized ledger in verifiable way
• Worked with container management platform like OpenShift for building rapid container provisioning
• Worked on DevOps on implementing CI/CD pipeline (Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployments)
