•Managing day to day operations of 4 different clusters of districts, energy centre, DATA centre, auditorium.
• Managing Chillers, HVAC equipment’s, MEPD systems and equipment’s, BMS, Fire systems, irrigation systems.
• Managing Special equipment’s like elevators/escalators/BMU/GC/AWCS/VWB/Swimming pool/Water Features.

Facility Management:-
• Plan preventative maintenance and ensure execution as per plan
• Manage all contracts to ensure they are reviewed on a regular basis and are bid out as required; verify that invoices match contract pricing
• Prepare, review, and give initial approval and as needed all budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility.
• Ensure that emergency management plans are up to date, and emergency drills are frequently conducted.
• Develop, scopes of work, KPI’s, SOP’s and other operational processes for AMC contracts & other FM projects.
• Prepare & Implement sustainability strategies.
• To review PHE (Public health engineering), HVAC & Firefighting design drawings, calculations, Specifications, Basis of design &design status reports from the Lead Designer (Atkins/Worley Parsons).
• To Coordinate with DVE (Design Verification Engineer-Mot McDonald) to get the certification for design drawings.
• To Coordinate with PMC (Project management consultant-LB &Egis rail JV) to get the approval for DVE certified PHE &FF drawing, Calculations, Specifications, Basis of design &design status reports from the Lead Designer.
• Managed a Team of 9 Engineers
• To Coordinate with MEP construction team, DVE &PMC for the approval of shop drawings
• Responsible for coordination with other disciplines( Electrical, ELV, Architectural, structural & system interface ) and supervising the discipline review /approval of related detailed design, final design, IFC and shop drawings with respect to Project Program.
• Represent the Contractor in technical meetings and Value Engineering analysis.
• Coordinate and visit jobsite as required, to resolve problems, interpret drawings and documents and provide technical support during the construction phase.
• Interacting with consultants, local authority representatives and other stakeholders.
• Understanding and implementing project management principles and able to work within project budgets and designing to budget.
• Review and comment the contractor's submittals, technical queries, field change documents and other technical documents including Drawings and As-Builts

• Maintain a zero-accident policy on site with the contractor and conduct joint safety inspections with Contractor’s Engineers.
• Monitors and escalates quality, safety, progress and coordination issues and concerns

• Follow and ensure projections and schedules for construction resources, material, and equipment requirements to ensures continuous construction work fronts availability
• Reviews of Design Drawings, Vendor Drawings, Shop Drawings, and installation sequences
• Reviews contractors NCRs, RFIs, FCRs, or other change documents and its effective implementation
• Coordinates and monitors interfaces between other contractors on the project and stakeholder management
• Ensures that RFI responses and Field Change requests etc. are correctly implemented in the Field
• Reviews all material testing results and ensures compliance to Design specifications and standards
• Provide guidance and technical advice to the construction engineers, contractors and monitor their performance

Preparation of plumbing, drainage, Chilled water piping IFC drawings &Builders work drawings.
•Estimation of material quantities required at site based on Shop drawings produced.
•Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the contract drawings, agreed procedures & Method statements.
•Coordinating Construction manager regarding material & manpower requirements at site.
•Getting Technical & Functional advice from Project Manager
•Coordination with main contractor & consultant to provide solutions affecting design development & coordination matter.
•Responsible for initiation of site inspections & completing all necessary Q.A documentations related to work.
• Preparing techno-commercial offers for Plumbing specialties &HVAC Valves.
• Preparing material submittal for Plumbing specialties &Valves used in Building services.
• Coordinating with consultant, client& manufacturer for taking material submittal approval & clarifying technical comments.
• Quotations follow up and reporting
• Negotiations and participation in clarification and kick off meetings.

• Repair, service, maintenance and cleaning for water and wastewater treatment equipment like membranes, pumps, blowers, instruments and electrical motors etc. according to instructions and/or O&M manuals
• Checking water and wastewater treatment system performances, recording and analyzing operating data and advice the next course of action to internal and/or external client
• Diagnose faults and carry out relevant troubleshooting and repairs as well as responding appropriately to system/equipment breakdowns
• Completion and submission of reports and records relating to site services in a timely manner; timely completion of site tasks and activities as required
• Oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project
