Re-imbursement of Claims raised by clients and brokers
Replying to customer queries with regards to Claims
Co-ordinating with Customer Services Team to enquire and to reply to customer queries
Closing of Re-imbursement claims and passing the reports to accounts department for processing
Sole person in Ghazal Insurance to work on the claim’s administration/settlement.
* Responsible to check the validity of the claims whether they are raised in the prescribed form
within the cut-off date or not.
* To forward the claims brought in by the member client to the TPA’s for claim settlement
* To check whether the TPA has correctly calculated the Co-insurance and also to counter-check
whether the TPA has correctly calculated the deductibles and customary charges for the treatment
and also to check whether the deductibles and co-insurance amount is correctly calculated or not.
* To prepare the Insurance premium quote for Company as well as for individuals.
* To forward the Insurance premium quote for Group insurance as well as for individuals.
* To explain the product to individual walk-in clients
* To raise debit and credit notes at the time of receipt of insurance premium
To assist in fixing appointment with clients to sell bank’s products.
* To co-ordinate with Bank’s sales team to close the leads generated.
* To process the application forms closed by the sales team.
* To enter account opening information in the bank’s back office software.
* To enter the sales done by the team in MS excel and also in bank’s back office.
* To generate month-end reports for the higher authorities.
* To co-ordinate and communicate with the clients once the account is opened providing
necessary information and assistance to the clients and to the sales team.
To assist customers visiting showroom in assisting in purchases.
To attend customers visiting showroom and provide necessary information to clients regarding models.
To fix meetings and test drive for potential clients.
To do follow ups with clients who have visited showrooms to encourage purchase.
