•Looking after the Stationery stock Also handled Purchase of Food, Bev. and Supplies.
•Filing Bank /Cash Payment Vouchers, Daily Sales Reports and any other documents.
•Retrieving Old and Current Records (Hard Copies) as and when required and for Municipality/Company Auditors requirements.
•Receiving and distribution of incoming mail, email and fax
•Typing official correspondences of Chief Accountant/General Manager
•Preparing Journal Vouchers
