Responsible for pre-sales, sales and aftersales service.
• Handle sales of digital door lock, hotel key card lock, electronic door access, automatic
sliding door, movable partition and sanitary. Penetrated the movable partition market as
the market leader with 30+ projects within past 5 years.
• Visit to architects, designers. developers and contractor’s offices to present products.
• Make sales through show rooms walk in customers. Cross-selling and up-selling
techniques are applied whenever in chance.
• Specify product items and quote to customers based on their personalized detail
requirement.
• Give product training to new staffs of dealer shops whenever necessary.
• Go to site and measure site dimension whenever necessary.
• Liaise with HAFELE Thailand office for customized products orders.
• Cooperate in shipping process of goods from Thailand to Myanmar.
• Supervise installation process between Thailand technicians and local site engineers.
• Responsible for aftersales service raised by customers.
• Make sure all the mockups at the showroom are clean and functioning.
