conduct regular safety inspections, conduct toolbox talk meetings, formulation of tool box talk, incident and accident investigation, enforcement of health and safety policies, procedures and regulations so as to reduce/ prevent injury and damage to machinery, safety briefings, road traffic and safety management, dissemnating incident via intelex systems once it happens, advising various sections on health and safety matters, attending and organize health and safety committee meetings, Alcohol screening and confirmation on selected employees, writing monthly and weekly safety report, interaction with management and trade unions on safety related matters, safety inductions, identify gaps in sections require improvement, task observations, safety coaching etc
