Managing the full cycle recruiting process, including (headhunting, CV scanning and collecting, interview, applicant evaluation, and then sending the approval to the CHRO and the technical Manager to choose, when an applicant is approved, I handled drafting the job description and the job offer. Managing the hiring process.
◼ Welcoming, Introducing, and announcing the employee to the staff and giving the employee orientation of the organization.
◼ Involved in the corresponding, meetings, and other duties for the CEO.
◼ Lunching the HRMS for the group and giving training for the seniors and managers with providing methods
to train and develop staff.
◼ Monitoring the documentation and filling of the employees.
◼ HR daily tasks (HR letters, Business trips, Vacation requests, schedule, problem-solving, salary certificates,
punching in/out system, ...)
◼ Creating a “Policies and Procedures” Booklet for the HR system of the group relaying on the Qatar Labor Law.
◼ Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the office.
◼ revising the payroll for all of the companies in the group, submitting the payroll of the head office (timesheet
and WPS) and the abroad branches.
◼ Ensuring that accurate job descriptions are in place and provide support with writing job descriptions
◼ Providing advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
◼ Identifying training and development opportunities with Organizing staff training sessions, workshops, and
activities
◼ Providing basic counseling to staff who have performance-related obstacle.
◼ Assisting in developing human resource plans
◼ Monitoring scheduled leave such as sick leave, Vacation, etc., and coordinates actions to ensure the staff
absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
◼ Assisting in staff recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure
is used to hire staff
◼ Developing and implements a human resource plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
◼ Assisting in preparing and finalizing Compensation and Benefits structure.
