Responsible for coaching, training and mentoring the faculty members of the Administrative Technology Department in Al Baha Technical College. In addition to that, I am responsible for developing and revising curricula, quality assurance and assessment processes.
During my tenure, I was assigned to do both academic and managerial duties in the Business Department. I acted as a mentor for new instructors in my department. I was also responsible for preparing program schedules and timetables for faculty members. Moreover, I took on the role of the college exam officer for the whole Diploma programs.
Worked for one of the leading Higher Education providers in the Middle East as an Accounting and Finance Lecturer. The medium of instruction there was the English Language. I was a member of the accreditation team and an internal assessor for the quality of teaching portfolios. I was responsible for training new faculty members, leading quality committees, and writing the final accreditation report.
Worked as a senior accountant in Accounts payable at an export/import company. I had the duty to ensure that invoices are processed per the terms of the contract purchase order. Moreover, I performed payments to vendors after the confirmation of the receipt and acceptance of goods as stated in the purchase order from the requesting division or stores.
Worked in a public accounting firm as an accountant and my main duty was to ensure that my clients are in compliance with relevant legislation. In addition, I was responsible to give advice on a range of financial aspects of a business such as budgets, tax and cash flows.
