Manage Field and workshop operation for ESP Rental project at CHEVRON Sumatera, Indonesia. Service & Maintenance ESP for 400 Well.
Manage field operation and workshop include to set up new facilities for dismantle and testing of ESP equipment (DIFA) and Running new project for Exxon Mobil, Hunt Oil, TAQA, DNO etc.
Main objective was to ensure a safe and efficient operation while overseeing a smooth.

- Manage field crew and operation.
- Working closely with client to find solution and effective lifting method.
- Seek for opportunity to optimize production using technology (VSD, DMT).
- Involve and assist in failure analysis to take corrective actions.
- Maintain ESP service and plan for continuous improvement.
- ESP sizing and equipment selection.
- Production optimization.

- Arrange the workshop / base activities due to operation activities such as maintenance program for all equipment or tools of Field operation.
- Conduct dismantle, Inspection and failure Analysis (DIFA) and report of ESP with customer / Tear Down.
- Repair all parts such as casing shroud, discharge head etc.
- Arrange the crew for go to location.
- Wells Analysis due to short run of equipment.
- Dismantle and make a failure analysis for PCP / RDPCP system.
- Manage the inventory level. Within use SAP system.
- Installation and performance monitoring of ESP/PCP as well.
As Shop Superintendent of the service center of Submersible Pump System for
Repair, assembly and Testing of Electrical Submersible Pump / Reda.
Set-up employees and machine for production to match with the goal of Company
(New Service Center for Artificial lift repair and testing in Java Sea). Planning and
control of production, quality of employees and product. Assist the Service Center
Manager in Development program for employees about Skill, Knowledge and
Safety awareness. Handle remanufacturing process, engineering process and engineering projects
The company’s main business is in Repair of Electrical Submergible
Pump (Reda). The main duty is Direct production, distribution and
operation for branch plant, or assigned territory of industrial
organization by performing the following duties personally or
through subordinate supervisors.
1997 - 1999: as Field Engineer
- Installation, Pulling of ESP, trouble shooting
- Commissioning and monitoring wells.
- Sizing and optimisizing of productivity.
- Workshop and sales exposure : dismantle, assembly and testing of ESP.
1999 - 2001: (ZFT Project) (Application Engineer)
- Set up the Statistical Process Control and implemented in
the process and Quality Manual System ISO 9002.
- Inventory control for ZFT (Maxus YPF) both (Parts and
Equipment) for 5years project.
- Manage ZFT equipment and set -up for new facility
(assembly and test) in Jakarta.
- Manage POOH and Installation for Maxus Field.
Manufacturing of Seamless Pipe for Oil and Gas.
As Production Senior Supervisor and or Project Engineer. To confer
with management personnel to establish production and quality
control standard, develop budget and cost control of project, and
to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and
delivery dates of products ordered.
