Post-Contract:
➢ Management of performance bonds, Bank Guarantees & Indemenity insurances.
➢ Contract administration via FIDIC Conditions of contract (1987) Part I & II.
➢ Provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution.
➢ Monitor work Programme against cash flow, analyze outcomes and produce detailed progress reports.
➢ Evaluate all variations, additional works, field changes, additions and omission, and incorporation of the same with the Monthly cost reports.
➢ Attend all technical meetings to monitor any extra work.
➢ Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
