• Monitor and report Qiddiya environmental sustainability requirements and KPIs compliance in line with GAMEP environmental permit
conditions, approved ESIA and Qiddiya Environmental Sustainability
Implementation Strategy.
• Analyze and evaluate primary and secondary sustainability and environmental information collaborates with other Qiddiya team,
Supervision consultants and contractors for Environment and Sustainability compliance.
• Provides technical consultations and guidance to enable achievement of programme and project sustainability and environmental goals and
targets.
• Prepare required Environmental Sustainability technical studies, reports, plans, narratives and supporting documentation.
• Perform survey, studies, inspections, and site investigations related to environment and sustainability compliance
• Oversee the projects Environment and Sustainability compliance and raise / report if any non-conformity noticed. Prepare and issue NCR to
supervision consultants and contractors for any non-compliance
reported.
• Conduct regular inspection and audits of suppression consultant and contractors to assess their Environmental compliance with Qiddiya
Environmental procedures and applicable laws / regulations.
• Assist E & S / HSE team in preparation and submission of required environmental permit and license applications, coordinate with authorities to secure approvals.
• Develop environmental and sustainability construction plans and procedures.
• Develop tools and templates for construction stage environmental monitoring and reporting.
• Review deliverables prepared by consultants, suppliers, and contractors for accuracy and quality.
• Review and respond to Environmental RFIs and other technical queries, coordinating with stakeholders to obtain information as
required.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with Client, environmental agencies, consultants, and contractors.
• Review and approve all construction related Environmental studies, plans, and reported submitted by supervision consultants and
contactors.
• Collate data and prepare Qiddiya Monthly Environmental report for management.
• Assist E & S team on Environment and Sustainability campaigns and initiatives.
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by the HSE Director for Environmental and Sustainability compliance.
• Interview and approve supervision consultant and contractors
