Coordination for Material Planning and sourcing
•Receiving PR (Manual and in System )and coordination with Concern Contractor and supplier (RFQ) for Price, MOQ (Min Order Qty), Lead time, Delivery and Payment Term etc
•Getting Approval on Comparative through system case wise
•Generating Purchase order (PO) and getting system approval.
•Planning, Organizing, and coordinating timely deliveries .
•Monthly Purchasing comparison vs Budgeted amount.
•Receiving / reviewing / submitting, GRN from warehouse to Finance department for Payment . And Follow up for payment.
•Monthly Purchasing comparison vs Budgeted amount.
•Reviewing Contract and renew contracts on new terms
•Reviewing Service Contracts (AMC) Annual Maintenance Cont
•Finding and developing new / alternate supplier for healthy competition on Supplier pool.
•Maintaining Supplier wise file manual and computer
•Visiting supplier for Evaluation and guidelines.
• Coordination with Clearing agent and A/c department for Proforma Invoice, Import Document, Bill of Entry, Custom duty and Clearance of shipment and Transportation to W. house.
• Supervise Offloading of import shipment in Reference of FIRS (food Import and Re-Export Services report ), Physical Count and GRN, Dubai Municipality Inspection of Shipments.
• Coordinate for Registration of new Item, barcode and labeling at Dubai Municipality.
• To supervise deliveries against the customer LPO to optimize use of resources.
• Make daily delivery schedule as per customer requirement (fleet management, Drivers and helpers management)
• Stock rotation in respect of FIFO Expiries.
• Bi-Annual stock counting and Audit support.
• Disposal of Damage and expired goods as per Dubai Municipality requirement.
• WMS (Warehouse Management System) for Temp Controlled stocking and replenishing stock.
• 3PL warehouse management coordination
• HACCP : Implementing the policies, training to staff, making reports, conducting Audit and coordinate with HACCP Auditor.
• Maintain the rule in respect of ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001
• Warehouse administration task. ( Supervising 35 Staff (4Nationality), Managing 9 Delivery Vehicles )
• Our Major Customers are Carefour, Lulu, Unioncoop, Abudhabi Coop, Sharjah coop, Spineys etc.
• Controlling and managing GRV( Goods return Voucher
To supervise all Transaction for Deliveries to customers local and export via Container / Trailer and Trucks.
•Raw Material Receiving from Supplier.
•Maintaining Min & Max level of Inventories.
•To look after and supervise 12 staff and drivers in Store and Warehouse.
•To ensure Deliveries to Customer against monthly sales forecast.
•Coordination with production for Production planning.
•. Monthly Stock Count, Quarterly stock Audit support.
•Fleet Management.
•Coordination with ISO audit, Dubai Municipality Inspection.
•Preparing MIS report like Supplier wise Purchase report, Item wise rate history report, Item consumption report, Fleet management report, Wastages/ Damages etc
•Oracle based ERP software (PACT) handling

To look after the Office supplies, General Items, medical equipments, OT material, Conducting Stock Counting, Reconciliation and adjustment reports.
