1. Project Initiation:
• Understanding the scope of the project.
• Constructing a network of work appropriate for the specific project
• Identifying the best series of events in the correct order for the project to finish on time and within budget.
• Presenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organization involved with the project.
• Developing detailed yet simple to understand schedules and graphs
• Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of WORK, including bar charts and presentations.
2. Project Execution:
• Preparation of Project Submittals like SHOP DRAWINGS, SPECS COMPLIANCE, PRE-QUALIFICATION, TECHNICAL SUBMITTAL, METHOD STATEMENTS, RISK ASSESSMENTS, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUALS, TRAINING etc.
• Determines project staffing need.
• Supervises project staff. and delegating technical supervision for portion of work.
• Advising on matters of specification, design, selection, procurement, application and Execution.
• Ensuring comprehensive method statements for every major operation is generated and transmitted for regulatory body’s approval.
• Frequent contact with team leaders and supervisors in exchanging information and suggestions relating to project parameters.
3. Project Control
• Continually reviews details as they are being prepared.
• Involvement in projects & client meetings.
• Ensuring that all the separate elements of the project fit together and are working towards a common aim.
• Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development
• Making sure the achieved progress on the project fits the progress anticipated in the schedule
• Making adjustments to schedules if necessary
4. Completion:
• At the end of every phase of project life cycle, getting formal approval and acceptance for any completed deliverables. And the final approval and acceptance for the final product.
• Following the company ISO standard, a customer satisfaction survey to be held as closing of project.

• Maintain good communications with the relevant departments & consultants to process submittals.
• Ensure proper lift plan and risk analysis of every major lifts on site.
• Prepare and propose lifting inspection program, certification and equipment management policy and plans for future control.
• Frequent contact with team leaders and supervisors in exchanging information and suggestions relating to the developing and maintaining lifting equipment inspection, maintenance and operating systems, processes and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose.
• I collect & check periodic operational progress of each project from the project team and provide records as & when required.
• Analyzing through Monthly achievement reports and prepares progress modules.
• MIS reporting to monitor /record technical and commercial aspect of operational activities.
