-Established training function for Retail sales and operations from scratch, based on my extensive nationwide sales experience and in line with SSC’s vision of capacity building.
- Prudently designed training framework for Retail sales managers to seek out knowledge beyond traditional methods so that the Retail managers challenge the existing procedures and pioneer new ways of thinking to do things in better, more efficient and result oriented ways.
- Developed and executed nationwide in house training program “I am Service” for over 2, 800 store staff aiming to provide standardized and great customer experience at all 500+ stores.
- Responsible for providing Retail sales managers with on the job mentoring and field guidance to achieve targets proactively and outsmart competition

• Managing sales of over Rs 10 billion (USD 100 million) per year through 6 wholesale / distribution centres located in Lahore, Islamabad & Faisalabad.
• Managing large team of Customer Managers and Tele Sales Executives enabling them to execute the business strategies on retail outlets.
• Develop skills and competence of team by coaching, tutoring and trainings the sales teams to perform.
• To monitor results according to KPI’s as well as to the SMART objectives those are defined for teams in order to keep on track and achieve targets.
• This position also seeks cross functional approach and operates in conjunction with Trade CFT. To assist the Trade CFT in designing different sales promotional activities.

• Developed long term relationships with strategic customers (key accounts)
• Developed special offers with differential advantage.
• Established new business with major key accounts like State Bank of Pakistan, Mobilink, Sheraton Towers, Pizza Hut, Hardees, and Avari Towers.
