Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate heat loads Calculations on Hap software.
• Schedule preparation based on the design data
• Selecting air conditioning Assets FCU, AHU, Split, Cassette and other equipments which meets a client requirement.
• Costing preparation.
• Clarifications of doubts of the client/contractors
• Designing of HVAC Projects in AutoCAD as required in a project requirement.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and gather data for new installations.
• Coordination with the dealers or sub-contractors for the best quotation.
• Provide technical support to sales teams, customers, and installation contractors.
• Deeply analyze drawings and estimations of the projects along with preparation of B.O.Q and submitting quotations.
• ESP Calculation for exhaust fans and Hvac equipments.
• Designing of ductwork.
• Preparation and submission of technical documents such as Material Submittal, Method of statement for Installation and T&C
• Ensure the project work execution are going on as per the approved Design drawing, Method of statement and project specification
• Keeps the track of all Documents and Inspection reports
• Maintaining and Creating Asset register as per shop drawing
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements
• Monitoring of work as per specifications and standards
• Attending authority inspections as per the project schedule, attending all testing and commissioning of MEP services

Designation : Mechanical Engineer
Duration : Dec 2020 to July 2022
Job Responsibilities:
• Designing of HVAC Projects as per approved project requirement
• Work Execution as per the specification codes and standards of project
• Work execution of Chilled Water Chiller, VRF, Air cooled Chiller Projects.
• Checking the list of material received follows the formalities with client.
• Ensure the work execution are going on as per the approved Design drawing, Method of statement and project specification.
• Reviewing & submitting the method of statement for installation and Maintenance of the Service as per project Specifications.
• Reviewing IFC & Shop drawing and Execution of the site Accordingly.
• Preparing Schedule and target dates for the completion of work coordinating with sub-contractors
• Designing, Computing, Planning & Implementing for HVAC System.
• Mobilizing men & material to site for execution of works.
• Distributing installation and maintenance work & setting the targets amongst the employees
• Coordination with the suppliers and specialist of equipments and performing the testing & commissioning.
• Handling the VRV System sites as per the drawing copper piping and installations.
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
• Attending authority inspections as per project schedule, attending all testing commissioning
