Working as Senior Project Manager for IT solutions implementation for clients including Saudi Aramco, SABIC and SEC etc.
Job responsibilities includes:
Managing projects including Project Planning, Budgeting, Resource management and Negotiations etc.
To comply with implementation life cycle in accordance with client's quality requirements
Direct and manage project execution and applying necessary corrective and preventive actions whenever required.
Managing Quality Control activities to ensure the validity of deliverable based on client's standards.
Performing Client Coordination, Requirement Management and People Management.
Performing scope control, cost control and schedule control activities and reporting using metrics and work performance information.
To perform, communication management, risk management and procurement management in accordance with the Project Management plan
• Project Management Diploma 13 weeks course held at NIBAF (National Institute of Banking and Finance) by LMDA (Leadership & Management Development Associates) from March 2009 To June, 2009. Main course contents were: * Produce a project plan for successful delivery * Plan and run projects using best practices. * Implement risk management techniques and mitigation strategies * Estimate and schedule task work and duration with confidence * Implement monitoring tools and controls to keep you fully in command of the project * Recognize and practice the leadership skills needed to run a motivated team • Determine business benefits and project feasibility. * Optimize project methodologies and communicate to stakeholders and team members • Monitor and report project progress using Earned Value Management. • Measure project quality and make adjustments using effective change management Certifications/Achievements • PMP® (Project Management Professional) PMP #1646474
