Comment: I am working remotely with the project team which is located in Dubai. The project is for
the interest of Ministry of Climate Change and Environment at the UAE.

Highlights:
â- Successfully led and managed the Digital Transformation plan of the university with a team of
technical professionals.
â- Efficiently built a data center and a complete call center at the university.
â- Preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) for the new ERP system at the University
(LMIS/SIS/HR/Payroll/Finance)
â- Establishing Health Information system at Taibah University
Responsibilities:
â- Led and mentored multi-disciplinary team of business process consultants and technology experts
to help transform the university by improving existing processes leveraging technology.
â- Guided team on digital roadmap and business case development to increase operational
performance and meet long-term strategic objectives.
â- Focused on enhancing the technology experience and business communication using relevant
technologies, while providing greater capability to the workforce to support university’s objectives.
â- Worked on a key project to replace the university's existing ERP with a more advanced ERP system
to improve the business and increase the university's competitive situation against other universities
in the country.
â- Performed business analysis including requirements, success criteria, milestone, KPIs and WBS;
assessed the current implemented solution and identified areas of improvement.
â- Developed strategies to encourage users to use new technology for streamlined, shared and
efficient way of working.
â- Provided consultation around digital transformation including functional design and ensured
technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
â- Delivered step change in business performance by applying analytic techniques that
augment/transform operational business processes, using leading technology frameworks.
â- Driven operational efficiencies through automation, insights, and different process management
platforms.

Highlights:
â- Successfully managed the installation of various ERP modules such as Payroll, HR, Performance
Appraisal, Leave Module, and several financial modules.
â- Efficiently managed two major modules of an ERP (called Reality) for Procurement and Material
Management.
Responsibilities:
â- Accountable to ensure timely development and ongoing maintenance of the company-wide ERP
system completely.
â- Performs business and systems analysis for the design, implementation, customization, and
maintenance of the company’s ERP systems/applications.
â- Reviewed, analyzed, and evaluated the ERP system and user needs, documented requirements,
defined scope, and objectives, and formulated plans for the overall ERP business strategies.
â- Monitored, evaluated, and corrected errors in the ERP system, followed up on emerging system
problems, provided relevant technical support and guidance to the company staff.
â- Identified and addressed system functional issues in coordination with the IT Team.
â- Conducted analysis, made presentations and proposals for changes to existing systems and
application functions.

â- Prepared instruction manuals and other documentation for the systems and applications as well as
developed training plans for users of the applications.
â- Collected and compiled inputs from different divisions and data from the company’s ERP system to
enable formulation and development of system requirements for the generation of reports and
