• Assist the team leader with weekly/monthly reports ( ie. KPI’s, pending inbound/outbound)
• Assisting Admin by Undertaking the clerical task such as typing, Filing, Making Phone calls & handling Mails etc.
• Release outbound Pick lists.
• Review daily shipments schedule for inbound and outbound, plan and prioritized the work to meet the targets.
• Provide required stock to workshop for repair.
• Preparing packing list.
• Prepare job sheet form of defective items.
• Receiving shipments with proper invoice, record in inbound ledger and ensure that shipment received is in good condition and number of packages are similar to documents.
• Accurately pick items from prescribed locations through RF scanner.
• Carry out the packing as per specifications
• Store and sort shipments in designated storage areas for dispatch as per destination
• Assist inventory management, maintain inventory accuracy by creating and doing cycle counts, doing audit.
• Monitors inventory by completing stock count once in month and do reconciliation for mismatch SKUS and Locations.
