o Performed targeted collections and data processing from a variety of ESI sources, including computers, mobile devices, cloud-based repositories, and other specialized company data sources.
o Interfaced with outside counsel firms and external service providers to streamline data collection/filtering/processing/hosting/reviewing/producing and maintain master repository of case related productions.
Led technology projects for various organisations:
o Implemented a DLP solution to ensure data security, privacy and proper classification
o Designed the technology architecture for a new start-up tech firm aiming to introduce a new decentralized delivery model in the Middle East
Worked with the product development teams (designers, business analysts, product owners, developers and quality assurance) to ensure timely completion of various projects
