• Lead MERCER Annual Total Remuneration Survey and Benefits Survey of 156+ local organizations which revolved around planning, business development, job matching, validation, data analysis, tabulation, review and test deliverables of MercerWin & Mercer Benefits Monitor (MBM).
• Lead Sponsored Remuneration Surveys for top MNCs and Local Companies with customized assessment of stablishing Salary ranges, Compensation mix policy, Variable Pay programs and an internally as well as externally equitable reward strategy
• Value addition through reviewing and improving survey mythology, benchmarking techniques, job library, data collection processes, participants guides based on clients feedback etc
