Assist the National Sales Manager with sales reports and analysis.
Follow up with sales staff on pending quotations and sales calls.
Prepare Purchase Orders for depleted stock supplies and incoming orders.
Analyse and maintain minimum viable inventory level in line with sales analysis.
Arrange shipments for all new orders.
Manage supply chain for timely delivery of goods.
Prepare cost analysis for the incoming new items, Pricing and Costing.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, logistics and shipping agents.
Maintain all data of incoming shipments.
As Resource Safety Office:
Manage the Safety Health and Environment Office
Computerize all previous safety data
Provide Safety Induction Trainings to new recruits
Help with Risk Assessments and Feedbacks
As P.O:
Manage asigned process and make sure all compliances are met.
Check and record all parameters of the machine/procecss on daily log sheets and discuss any issue with team leader.
Manage Warehouses, Check daily Invoices and Warehousing records for discrepencies.
Manage daily sales and recovery reports and initiate appropriate action if needed.
Contact Foreign suppliers for update on shipped stock.
Supervise daily office tasks.
Overlook the daily manufacturing and stock reports and match with daily sales and gate passes. Handle employee complaints and forward them to the appropriate head if required.
Administer the sales teams, develop targets and plans to achieve those targets, overlook the progress of the teams.
The certification covered Public Procurement Rules in Pakistan and Supply Chain concepts in a variable environment.
